The IP Office - Small Office Edition (SOE) supports the use of the VoiceMail Lite and VoiceMail Pro applications just like the big units. In addition, there is a 3rd voicemail option available on the SOE - an INTEGRATED voicemail card. This is a solution that "splits the difference" between Voicemail Lite and Voicemail Pro. Voicemail Lite is basically a glorified answering machine (a voicemail box for every user but nothing more) and Voicemail Pro is a highly powerful, ultra-programmable messaging system with unlimited auto-attendants, call recording, enhanced call queuing, integrated messaging and much more. The SOE integrated voicemail, on the other hand, puts a few of the most commonly used features of Voicemail Pro into a package that costs a few hundred dollars instead of $1500. In addition to a mailbox for every user and group in the system, the SOE voicemail also has ability to do up to 4 auto-attendants, each with 3 different time-profiles (day, night, weekend, for instance).
