ONE-YEAR
WARRANTY
All items sold from this website carry a one-year
warranty. Warranty does not cover damage due to improper
use, power surges, physical damage, or any other non-Avaya
recommended procedures. Once your equipment becomes defective,
we advise that you give us a call immediately at
(973) 579-6111. An
RA (Replacement Authorization) number for the
defective item will be immediately given to the customer.
The returned item will then be forwarded to our Testing Department
for testing and quality control. If the returned item gets
a "FAILED" rating, then no further action will be
required. However, if the returned item gets a "PASSED"
rating, then the cost of replacement will be charged to the
buyer which includes a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
Please note that 1-year warranty starts from the date when
the original order was placed and a replacement carries the
remainder of the original 1-year warranty.
RETURN
POLICY
There is a 15-day return policy
on all items purchased. All returned items will be charged
a restocking fee of 20%. All items to be returned should be
sent complete with all accessories, manuals, etc. Returned
items will be forwared to our Testing Department for testing
and quality control. Our Testing Department will check for
physical damage, mechanical defects, completeness, etc. ONLY
when the Testing Department gives the item a "PASSED"
rating will we then proceed to charge the restocking fee and
credit the balance to the buyer's account. If the returned
item is incomplete, defective or is damaged, etc. then an
appropriate amount will be charged to the customer (e.g. repair
charges, depreciation, missing parts, mechanical damage, etc.)
ADVANCED REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
There is a 15-day advanced
replacement warranty on all items purchased. We have
a non-DOA (Damage On Arrival) guarantee on all items. We guarantee
that the item purchased is in good working condition when
it arrives to the buyer's shipping address. If the item arrives
defective, please give us a call immediately at 973-579-6111 so that we can give you an
ARA (Advanced Replacement Authorization) number and shipping
instructions. An advance replacement for the defective item
will be immediately sent to the customer. The returned item
will then be forwarded to our Testing Department for testing
and quality control. If the returned item gets a "FAILED"

if the returned item gets a "PASSED" rating, then
the cost of replacement will be charged to the buyer which
