using the voice talent, music and special effects that capture
your business message.

a factory-installed start-up recording and authorization for the
Simply Magic Productions® Studio to develop from 1-16 custom
message productions (based on system ordered) and a 1-year music-use
license.
- Remotely
uploaded from the production studio so you can easily update and
refresh your message program.
- Available
in a single-channel model and configurations designed to support
the DEFINITY R4 capability of providing separate on-hold* or in-cue**
connections for calling groups, tenants or departments.
- For
multiple on-hold applications, System models are available in
4-,8-, and 16-channel configurations.

DEFINITY R4 (or higher) multi-department or tenant application
require a DEFINITY tenant software package.

DEFINITY music-in-cue/delay announcement application utilizes
